Can I use the Inspection Report for negotiating the price when making an offer on a home?

Absolutely! You can use the Home Inspection Report during the negotiation process, that is one of the Inspection Report’s key purposes. Let Gradient Home Inspections’ Report be a valuable tool for your negotiation process!

What is the cost?

The price depends on the age, size, location, and design characteristics of the property. We offer discounts for Military, and Public Service (ID Required), as a small way to say thank you for your service! We also offer discounts for payments made in cash. Please contact Gradient Home Inspections today for a great quote!

Can you find everything wrong with a property during an Inspection?

The Home Inspection is a noninvasive, visual inspection of the home. If there are underlying issues that are not visible, it can be difficult for the Inspector to detect them. We cannot look inside walls, or into areas of the property that are not readily accessible, or into areas that may cause damage to the property during the Inspection Process. Rest assured, we will exhaust every available resource, tool and technique to Inspect the property thoroughly! Let Gradient Home Inspections do the dirty work!

Why should I get an inspection?

A good Home Inspector will assist the buyer in understanding exactly what they are about to acquire. A home may look move in ready, but an Inspector will cover the key features of the property. Electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, insulation, as well as structural features of the home are covered in the Inspection Process. The Inspector may unveil issues that are not noticeable to the buyer’s eye. As a buyer, you are making a significant investment, and it is important to understand exactly what you are purchasing. Let Gradient Home Inspections help you make a great decision!

What other services do you offer?

Another service we offer is Radon Testing. Colorado’s Radon levels are some of the highest in the country. It is highly recommended that a Radon Test be performed during every Real Estate transaction, as well as bi-annually, to ensure the safety of the occupants. Our test takes 48 hours to perform, and we usually have the results to the customer in 3-5 days upon completion of the test. Our Radon Testing starts at $125.00 for a stand alone test. Test pricing is discounted if purchased along with a Home Inspection. Let Gradient Home Inspections ensure your family is safe from Radon Gas!
